Please check Palatine Park District's website for field conditions/cancellations at http://www.palatineparks.org/fieldcancellations.html (or go to http://www.palatineparks.org/ and select "Weather Cancellations" - "Field Cancellations".  For Rolling Meadows fields, please call the (847) 818-3200 ext. 402 for their playing status.  

If due to weather conditions a game will be delayed and/or postponed, the HOME TEAM MANAGER must (a) arrange for a new date, time and field for the makeup game with the VISITING TEAM MANAGER, and (b) must submit a request for the new field assignment to the league commissioner(s).

The league commissioner will confirm the availability of the field for the new date/time and will notify both team managers and the umpire coordinator of the change so that an umpire can be assigned for the make-up game.  

NOTE:

We ask that you provide at least 3-day's (72 hours) notice of the  rescheduled/make-up game to allow for the scheduling and umpire changes.

When rescheduling, please be sure to provide the following information to your league commissioner(s):

League	For example: Pinto, Stallion, Bronco-12, etc.
Home Team Info	The HOME and VISITING team numbers, names, manager names, and contact information.  (Yes, we have it, but it would expedite your request by including it.)
Visiting Team Info
Original Date of Game	The most current date, time and field specified on the schedule.
Original Time of Game
Original Field for Game
Original Umpire	OPTIONAL -- If known.
New Date of Game	The date, time and field you are requesting for the make-up game.
New Time of Game
New Field for Game

Also, if you are submitting your request via email, please cc/copy the visiting team's manager.
