The Board Members of Palatine Youth Baseball/Softball (PYB/S) have begun gearing up for the 2010 season and with this comes our annual sponsorship drive. Many of you receiving this letter have sponsored teams in the past, and we wish to again express our sincere appreciation for your continued support. The main focus of our organization is to provide our youth with a recreational program that will help them develop their baseball/softball skills, better understand team participation and sportsmanship, and of course have a lot of fun! Last season we had over 1,600 boys and girls, from the ages of 5-12, participating in the program. Our organization is run entirely by volunteers so operating costs are kept to a minimum. Your participation as a sponsor will help to ensure that baseball/softball is enjoyed by the youth in our community. We are offering an "Early Bird" discount of 10% OFF the cost if we receive your commitment (with payment) by 1/10/2010. The 2010 Sponsor Program is as follows:

-Appreciation plaque with team picture and acknowledgement at podium on Baseball/Softball Day
-Recognition in the Baseball/Softball Day Program Book

"SILVER" CORPORATE SPONSOR- $500.00
-Business logo displayed on your team's jersey
-Banner with your company name at Picture Day (over 1,800 participants) as well as Baseball/Softball Day (with over 3,000 participants/visitors)
-Appreciation plaque with team picture and acknowledgement at podium on Baseball/Softball Day
-Business name on PYB website (www.pyb.com)
"GOLD" CORPORATE SPONSOR- $1200.00
-All benefits as stated above with the "silver" sponsorship along with the following
-Sponsorship of 4 teams with business logo displayed on your team's jersey
-Signage at PYB annual golf outing with your business logo
"PLATINUM" CORPORATE SPONSOR- $2000.00
-All benefits as stated above with the "gold" sponsorship along with the following
-Sponsorship of 8 teams with business logo displayed on your team's jersey
-Foursome and dinner at our annual PYB golf outing
-Recognition in monthly e-mail (during the season) letter going out to approximately 1,600 people
-Special recognition at Baseball/Softball Day
New for 2010 - "Support our Sponsors" Link on PYB/S Website - $150 add-on
For an additional $150, participating sponsors are showcased through our "Support our Sponsors" link on our website (above and beyond having the sponsor's name/logo on the home page of the website). Participating sponsors are welcome to place coupons, promotional materials or even an open letter to our PYB/S families. Additionally, we can provide a link to your individual website. On every page of the PYB/S website, there will be a "Support our Sponsors" tab that visitors can choose, which will encourage our families to support all the great businesses who support PYB/S. This link will bring them to your business name and ultimately enable them to view your materials (subject to PYB/S approval).
