Baseball/Softball Day: adverse weather Updated 7/11/2014

Baseball/Softball Day is this Saturday and marks the official end of the 2014 season.  This is always a great day and one that is very special to the kids and board members.  In the case of rain we will continue with trophy handouts at the band shell per the posted schedule on the website.  All-Star games will proceed as well, at the discretion of the umpire.

In the case of lightning (alarms), we will request that everyone leave community.  With such a full schedule throughout the day, there is not time to slide the schedule out.  We will not “wait it out”.  Once the alarm is clear, we will pick up with the next scheduled event.

If we happen to have divisions adversely impacted by weather, your commissioners will handle dispersing trophies and/or further information regarding a missed or incomplete All Star game.

Keep our parks clean Updated 6/12/2014
Please make sure to clean up all your garbage in the dugouts before leaving. No empty wrappers or bottles should be left behind.  Thanks for your help!

Swinging of bats Updated 6/12/2014
Please note that for safety reasons, there is no swinging of bats except on the field. On deck swinging is only allowed at Hamilton.
